For nearly 20 years we have been working with Mars Inc., across its Petcare, Chocolate, Information Services, Corporate Affairs and Research & Development businesses. We have produced diverse internal communications tools to help keep the Mars Associates well informed, engaged and inspired.

As with any business its knowledge gives it its competitive edge and, because of this, we are not allowed to showcase any recent work online. However, here are some samples of previous work carried out for them.

The Mars Five Principles organisation values

The Five Principles are key to the culture of Mars, Inc. These were rewritten and then rolled out to 56,000 Associates in 22 offices, across 19 countries, in 20 languages.

‘The Principles in Action’ is a yearly summary reporting on the  actions being taken by the Associates and business functions across the globe.
